O Allah Thou art aware of all what I reveal and what I conceal, So accept my appeal of forgiveness and Thou knoweth my needs. So grant me what I demand. And Thou knoweth what is in my heart. So forgive all my sins.
O Allah I beseech Thee to grant me a belief which may sink into my heart. True belief that I may realize. That no misfortune may befall me. Except that what Thou hast decreed for me.And grant me pleasure on that what Thou hast destined for me. Thou art my patron in this world and Hereafter. O my Lord make me to die as a Muslim. And join me to the righteous. O Allah let not remain any of our sins unforgiven. And any anxiety unrequited, and any demand uneasen and ungranted to me. At this Sacred Place. O our Lord ease for us our affairs, and expand for us our breast, and enlighten our hearts. And conclude our affairs with goodness. O our Lord Allah make us to live as Muslim. And join us to Thy righteous. Save us from humiliation and trials, Lord of Universe. Aameen.

The Zamzam may also be poured or sprinkled over the head or rubbed on face and breast as sacred water. After drinking Zamzam beseech Allah for your prosperity in this world and hereafter and recite the following du’aa:
